Micky White

Micky has 11 years experience working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and Manager. He has trained at an elite level in the sport of X-Training (indoor fitness competitions) winning a number of National Titles in the UK. He has boxed professionally in the UK and recently in Australia and enjoys coaching and mentoring his clients in the sport of boxing. He is a Marathon runner with extensive knowledge on improving long distance running.

Kate has 3 years experience working in the fitness industry and specialises in women's boxing and Personal Training. Kate is an experienced RPM instructor, a great motivator and will get the very best from you.

Kristian - Personal Trainer

A bit about Kristian:
Kristian has over four years’ experience in the fitness industry. He has worked as a Gym Instructor (including some time working in gyms in London) as well as a Personal Trainer. He is a motivated athlete who has trained with local athletic, swimming and triathlon clubs to further develop his passion and knowledge of fitness. This interest has seen him in recent years develop his fitness further and complete half marathons and a half ironman. He combines his interest in fitness with his interest in education, working also as a Primary School Teacher. If he can handle a class full of six year olds, he can handle you!

Interests:
I love sport and keeping fit, particularly running with my dogs, riding my bike and swimming. I enjoy spending time with family (especially my little girl, Nella) and the beach.

A bit about Steph:
Steph specialises in Personal Training, Boxfit and Kids Club instructor. Steph programs hard working and intense workout sessions that will make you achieve your number 1 goal, but also making them fun and always with a laugh. Steph has a love for boxfit, it is her specialty and she will always incorporate it into your Personal Training sessions.

I love boxing and keeping fit. I also enjoy cycling, kettle bells and playing basketball.

Erica - Personal Trainer

A bit about Erica
Erica is a qualified personal trainer, kettle bell, and boxing instructor, and is currently completing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University. Erica is committed to improving the health and fitness of individuals through a varied and functional approach to training.

Interests:
I love keeping fit by running, cycling, circuit training and participating in endurance events including Oxfam trail walkers and the occasional marathon.
