Personal Training

Your Personal Training sessions are specifically tailored for you. We offer individual or group Personal Training sessions. Working on all aspects of fitness, from the complete beginner to the professional athlete. We make the workouts fun and effective. Our Personal Training sessions run for 1 hour unless we feel that a shorter session is more suitable for you.

Our session will include some of the following depending on your goals.

Resistance training using barbells, dumbbells, machines, medicine balls, kettle bells, plyometric boxes, power rings, sandbags and resistance bands.

Circuit training using equipment and bodyweight exercises.

Cardio training including running/marathon training and boxing.

Core work using stability balls and floor work.
