"As a thin, fit and healthy looking person, I always felt guilty when people commented on how great I looked and that I must work hard to achieve it all. Inspiration from my gym obsessed partner set me searching for the best means to achieve exactly what everyone thought I already had . . . a fit, toned, muscular, healthier better me. I joined the gym and took on a personal training session, and by pure chance I ended up with Micky as my trainer, we clicked immediately and Micky helped me set real, achievable and attainable goals based on my current fitness level, body type and aspirations. The changes were immediate and my motivation was through the roof. I felt the strongest, fittest, healthiest and most driven I ever have, going to the gym was never a chore and together with Micky's guidance, support, expertise and encouragement I was able to lose 5kg of body fat which we turned into lean body mass and muscle. My first pregnancy and birth of my son are the only reason our sessions ceased, although we still met every 2 weeks to track my weight and measurements, again Micky was a great support, encouraging quick and easy weight loss afterwards. I only gained 12kgs during my pregnancy and was back to 2kgs from my training weight 4 months after the birth of my son. I'm pregnant again and look forward to catching up with Micky for sessions after the birth of my second child.
