Use this form to request a membership suspension. Please keep the following in mind:

Minimum Suspension period: The minimum duration for placing your membership on hold is one (1) week.

Suspension Fee: A fee of $3 per week will be applied to keep your membership on hold.

Please provide at least five (5) days notification of when you want your suspension to start.

Once you submit your request, we’ll review it and confirm the hold via email.
